For the last 10 years, I’ve coached everyone—stay-at-home moms, varsity athletes, gym first-timers, soccer dads, fellow trainers, even ex-boyfriends (haha). From one-on-one coaching to groups of 30+. My coaching style is realistic and maintainable. Living better is never about changing who you are; its about adjusting what you are already doing.
My journey didn’t start in sports or athletics. I was a drama and music kid who wanted nothing to do with exercise. But my family had a rule: you need to have at least one movement-based activity—so, I started working out— full-body circuits in the park with my mom. At 15, I got my first gym membership and taught myself how to workout by watching YouTube videos and asking the old-school lifters at the gym for tips. At 16 years old, I discovered bodybuilding—and that was it. I was hooked. I stepped on stage for the first time in 2014, and for the last time in 2019. Since then I have gone to college, university, collected countless certifications and attended many workshops. Over the years, I have constantly adjusted my training and diet priorities - and I think this is the piece a lot of people get wrong. Your life is forever changing.. and there fore, so should your training and diet priorities! I am here to teach literally anyone to "be fit" without completely overhauling their life.
